*IMPORTANT: Please make sure to indicate your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME by including a printed or handwritten note in your return package.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase,  You can return your items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund excluding orders/items that marked as final sale.

All items must be in original sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered -  with the hang tags still attached, along with the polybag your item arrived in. No exceptions. We will also not accept any item(s) covered in human or animal hair or dust.  Please be sure to use a lint roller to remove any lint particles and animal/human hair before returning your items.

Preggo Leggings reserves the right to decline your return and ship it back to you at your own expense if these terms have not been followed.

Returns received beyond the 30-day return window will be REFUSED and RETURNED to the sender.

For gifted items, we are happy to accept returns within the 30-day window for store credit only. Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.

From time to time, we run promotions for BOGO deals, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and other holidays with specific discount codes that mark orders as final sale. All returns from those sales are eligible for store credit only, however you will be responsible for shipping your return items back to us. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?  

Enter your order number and email address to start your return. Select the products you'd like to return and the reason for your return. Simply let us know if you want to return your items back for STORE CREDIT or REFUND.

DO YOU GIVE INCENTIVES ON RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT?  

Yessss!!! You’ll get 10% more money back if you return your purchase for store credit. For example, if you spent $100 in your original order and wish to return for store credit, you will receive $110 back as store credit value.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING?

For domestic US store credit requests, a free prepaid USPS return label is automatically provided not including items marked as final sale. Your store credit will be processed upon a successful review of your returned items—no handling or restocking fee.

For domestic US refund requests, a 10% handling and restocking fee will be charged.  Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items. A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURN?

For international orders, all return shipping must be paid for by the customer for exchanges, store credit, and refund requests.

For international store credit requests, your store credit will be processed upon a successful review of your returned items—no handling or restocking fee.

For international refund requests, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items. A 10% handling and restocking fee will be charged.

For international orders returned due to refusal to pay duties, standard shipping & handling cost will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping.

For unclaimed international orders returned, standard shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping. If you wish to have your package reshipped to you, you will be billed a re-shipping fee.

 

HOW DO I SHIP MY DOMESTIC RETURN ITEMS?

Affix the shipping label to the package you send your return item(s) in, and drop it off at a USPS location. Please drop off your package with the return shipping label affixed to your nearest USPS drop-off location, postal facility, or with a USPS mail carrier.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 10-14 business days from your return's delivery/received date for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit or refund is issued.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

All items purchased within the last 30 days are returnable excluding the items listed below. 

    ** Items marked as final sale

    ** Items discounted for 40% or higher

    ** Free gifts and promotional items with a retail value

    ** All underwear, panties, and socks are final sale items

    ** Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase

    ** Made-to-order and customized items

    ** Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded

    ** Shipping charges cannot be refunded

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM BUNDLE DEALS? 

For items bought via bundle deals, you can get store credit or a refund, provided you return the ENTIRE BUNDLE in the same condition as it was received - with hangtags, bags, unwashed and unworn. If you are returning only part of a bundle you purchased, your return will be eligible for store credit only.

  

WHY AM I NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

We run promotions for BOGO deals, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other Holidays with specific discount codes that mark orders as final sale. Orders with the following discount codes BOGO50, BOGO60, VIP50, BFCM100, BFCM50, BFCM40, CM40, CYBER40, CYBER50, HOLIDAY20, CYBER2023, JOLLY, JOLLY20 are final sale and can only be returned for store credit Keep in mind that you will be responsible for returning your items back to us to get store credit which will include an additional 10% value.

WILL I GET A REFUND IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED AS PART OF BOGO PROMOTION?

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. 

For Buy One, Get One Free:  FINAL SALE. Non-returnable.        

For Buy One, Get One 60% Off:  FINAL SALE. Returns for STORE CREDIT only.

For Buy One, Get One 50% Off: FINAL SALE. Returns for STORE CREDIT only.

If you choose to return any of the items, your credit will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item. If your first qualifying item is $60 and your second qualifying item is $40, the $60 item will be discounted by $12 and the $40 item will be discounted by $8, which gives a total discount of $20. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges. Please request store credit which adds an additional 10% value to your credit amount. For example, if you spent $100 in your original order and wish to return for store credit, you will receive $110 back as store credit value.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS RETURN TO SENDER, UNCLAIMED, OR REFUSED?

In the event that your order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed” or “Refused,” you will be contacted immediately and a reshipping fee must be paid. If you decide that you no longer want to proceed with the order, Preggo Leggings may provide the option of a refund less initial shipping charges, handling fees, and any charges incurred to accept the returned package. Please note that the reshipping fee and the initial shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery address and method.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Preggo Leggings does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

YOU SHIPPED A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM TO ME

This rarely happens, however, in the event that we ship the wrong style or size from what was ordered or a defective item, please send us photos and/or videos and we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and re-ship a new one to you.
